2-3 – Partnering with Employees to Achieve Your Vision

In this one-hour, interactive session, participants will explore how to engage their employees in achieving a shared vision and  goals for their bookstores. This session is designed and led by Maggie Ellis Chotas and Betsy Polk, Co-Founders of The Mulberry Partners, LLC, a NC based consulting practice that works with leaders and employees to remove blocks to productivity and collaboration. Betsy and Maggie are the authors of Power through Partnership (Berrett-Koehler, November 2014)
