Welcome to Atlanta Vintage Books, serving book lovers locally and worldwide for over 30 years. We're an independent, neighborhood bookstore in one of Atlanta's most ethnically diverse and vibrant communities. Our 7000 square foot bookstore houses over 80,000 vintage, rare and used books.
You'll be greeted with a smile when you enter but left alone as you browse. Our staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Special orders are happily accommodated, as hard-to-find and out-of-print editions are our specialty. Our store is light and airy with plate glass windows letting in plenty of natural light and wonderfully decorated with antique display cases, old barrister bookcases, and wood bookshelves. The wide aisles and scattered seating make browsing a joy. You'll wonder where the time went.
We specialize in out-of-print, vintage and rare books but we also carry a large inventory of modern and used books. Subject specialties include but are not limited to Signed First Editions and hard-to-find titles in Art, Architecture & Photography, History, Southern & Military History, Collectibles & Cookbooks, Aviation, Nautical & Railroads, Radical Literature, Religion & Metaphysics, the Classics and Children's Literature.
Our collection of rare and out-of-print Children's Books is one of the largest in the Southeast, while our Literature collection is well represented with editions by Modern Library, Easton Press and Franklin Library. There's no telling what treasures you might find!
